With their roots strongly embed in Myrtle Beach; the team at Arcadian Management, LTD has been experiencing the rapid growth throughout the Grand Strand. Arcadian Management, LTD's founder and operator, Lottie Menor, saw the opportunity for a management company to service the needs of homeowners and Myrtle Beach vacation rental properties. Therefore, in 1983, Arcadian Management, LTD was established with two simple goals, to attract quality Myrtle Beach vacation rental properties and provide excellent service.

Our goals have done well for Arcadian Management, LTD over the years, as we have experienced steady growth and high owner and guest retention. The children of our customers from 1983 are now our customers some 27 years later.

Our mission today is the same as it was 27 years ago, to supply our customers with pleasant, affordable, and quality Myrtle Beach vacation accommodations and all related services. Our goal is to provide value to our customers and owners by responding to their needs in an honest and caring manner.

Our Myrtle Beach vacation rental program and annual lease program provides quality management to our owners at affordable commission rates. To add, we provide quality workmanship and pricing through our outstanding relationships with our contractors.
